It also acts as an avenue to allow its Users who comply with these Terms to offer and avail Services listed on the Platform.

• Placement of an order by a User with another User on the Website is an offer made by the Buyer to buy the product(s) in the order of the Seller and shall not be construed as Seller's acceptance of Buyer's offer to buy. The Seller retains the right to cancel any such order placed by the Buyer, at its sole discretion and the Buyer shall be intimated of the same by way of an email/SMS.
• Lifekochi.com does not implicitly or explicitly support or endorse the sale or purchase of any property or other Services made through the Website.
• Lifekochi.com is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between its Users. Lifekochi.com cannot and does not guarantee that the concerned Buyers and/or Sellers will perform any transaction concluded on its Website. Lifekochi.com shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between Buyers and Sellers.
• Lifekochi.com does not make any representation or warranty as to the content made available on its Website (such as news, legal title of a property, creditworthiness or identity of a User, etc.). You are advised to independently verify the bonafides of any particular User that You choose to deal with on the Website, and use Your best judgment in that behalf.

3. Use of information

The Site receives information voluntarily from anyone who uses its Services. We ask for some basic details from User including but not limited to their name, phone number, and email address. In case User does not want to receive these messages on his/her mobile number, he/she shall not submit his/her mobile number with lifekochi.com.
• All copyright and/or know-how and/or any other related intellectual property rights to the Services of lifekochi.com including listings, details of Users, and any information otherwise made available to User in the Service, shall become and remain the sole and exclusive property of the Company and the User shall have no claims to the same.

We request You to not to send Us any confidential or proprietary information. Except for any personally identifiable information that We agree to keep confidential as provided in Our Privacy Policy, any material, including, but not limited to any feedback, data, answers, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas or the like, which You send to Us will be treated as being non-confidential and nonproprietary. The User in addition, shall furnish a brief background of such property in respect of title, ownership and possession. Site Owner may also require the User to support his/her claims with respect to the status of the property with such documents as may be specified by it from time to time. The User may further be required to substantiate his claims as to the nature and status of the property by swearing an affidavit stating the authenticity of the information/data so provided/displayed. • The User is expected to represent and warrant that all properties and associated information provided by the User will be accurate; The User will not be permitted the posting of a property on the Website under a name other than the name of a the owner or of real estate agent who has been duly authorized and engaged by the owner of the property in this regard. Site Owner reserves, the right to remove without prior notice, all or any part of the content posted on the Website by the User. Site Owner accepts no responsibility for checking/verifying the accuracy of reports or data files submitted by the User. While Site Owner shall take all reasonable efforts for data backup and business resumption, the User will be solely responsible for retaining back-up copies of all information, photographs and other materials furnished/submitted to the Website.
• The User understands and acknowledges that the Website is intended to be an internet location through which the User may access information carried by Website in the database maintained by it. The Company may, at its sole discretion but without any obligation, search for and remove such advertisements/listings that are alleged to have been submitted in violation of the provisions of this Terms of Use Policy. In addition, the Company may require additional evidence of compliance with this provision from Users who are alleged to have submitted advertisements/listings or other information/data in violation of these Terms and conditions. The Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of, and refuse Service to, any User who repeatedly or intentionally violates these Terms and conditions.
